Appearance

A clean wine, with intense greenish yellow tones.

Nose

Intense, with citrus aromas recalling pink grapefruit. Presence of white flowers and white fruit.

Palate

Balanced, fresh, fun.

Winemaker's note

The vineyard sits in the upper part of La Consulta, San Carlos, at 1,150 m a.s.l. We harvest two different plots: one brings more citrus and white fruit, the other the wild side typical of the varietal —rue, asparagus, pea. Both are picked on the same day, by hand and in the early morning, with alcohol no higher than 13 degrees. In the cellar we work under an inert atmosphere to avoid any oxidation. The weekly bâtonnage brings volume, texture and varietal character.

Appearance

Pale yellow with intense green.

Nose

A three-varietal wine of high aromatic intensity, with plenty of white fruit from the Viognier. Three different picking dates, all of them early.

Palate

Good freshness and natural acidity, mostly from the Sauvignon Blanc; the Chardonnay brings elegance, balance and the texture we look for.
